Recommended Contact Methods
While every office is different, most caseworkers prefer one of the following methods for routine inquiries:
- Email: Good for non-urgent questions and sending documents. Always request a read receipt.
- Phone: Best for urgent questions or making an appointment. Keep a log of every call.
- In-person Appointment: Necessary for complex forms or annual reviews.
What to Prepare
Before contacting your caseworker, always have your ODSP Member ID and a clear list of questions ready.
